I took in the Avedon show at the Gagosian yesterday. It features 4 of his big murals, created between 1969 and 1971, that brilliantly reflect the social and political issues of the time. From the Chicago 7 to Andy Warhol's factory, it's all right there, big as life. The show is up until July 27th.
